Each Home, has some sort of history to it, Not all of the homes around here have paranormal events to them. But some do, Some are just standard old house noises since the majority of these houses are from the original town. Each house is an Old victorian style of home.

Some of the houses get more active encounters, Like polterguiest activity. Things Levitate, get thrown across the room. Small things like that. Some have more violent happenings were people are attacked. And some get nothing.

Paradise Inn was one of the first buildings to be built here, In 1805 the three story building was built. It has 42 rooms now. Since the owners added a fourth floor to it. Its a very nice Inn, it has a Lobby, A ball room, A Lounge area and a huge front lobby with crystal chandileirs. There are single rooms and Double rooms with queen size beds, of course the rooms have been upgraded. The rooms have 40 inch flat screen tvs in them now. With a dvd player as well as cable.

In the year 1955 a fanily with two young girls came for a visit and they stayed in the Inn in Room 203 The Oldest girl Sally was 7 years old and knew how to swim. The youngest girl Kathy was 3 years old. Both girls wanted to go swimming on the Day of June 5th 1955 the parents had gotten everything ready and told the girls to wait. How ever Sally, was getting impatient, So she ran out of the room and down to the pool. Her younger sister following her. The two girls get to the pool and Sally is getting ready to get into the water. She heard a splash and turned around to see Kathy had fallen into the water. Kathy had gotten to close to the edge and had fallen into the water. Sally ran to the edge of the pool but she hit a wet spot and slipped hitting her head on the edge of the pool, she fell into the water. And saddly both girls died, The parents were Devestated. It was only five mins later that they arrived at the pool and both of their daughters were dead.

Its said that you can hear children crying for their parents now, And you can hear the running foot falls of the little girls running around the pool. You can even here the splashing of water and children laughing.

The Laughter and running of feet continues around the hotel. They often like to play with other kids and or play jokes on people, things will go missing.

Another Story at the Inn, Takes place in the Year 1985 On the day of October 31
A young couple decided to take a trip to Town of Paradise, to get away from the city life and the Husbands obsessed ex

In 1807 Paradise school was built, at this time it was a one room building that tought grades 1-12. The School was in the middle of town so it was easy to get to in the winter time, it had a small swing set and a few teeter totters out and off to the side of it, The children would get recess with their lunch so they could play outside while they ate. In the year 1810 three years after the school was built a major tragedy hit the town, when some wanted men came into town and had a shoot out with the Authorities, Several shots went through the Windows of the school house killing the teacher and several children. It was a Devastating blow to the community. They closed up the school and in 1835 they tore it down building a New school behind the old plot where the old school stood. And as the children and other town folks walked past the new school, they could hear Children laughing, crying and screaming, Also the sounds of playing could be heard. And then you could also hear the teacher talking and singing to the children and holding Class you can also hear the lessons that she was teaching at the time of the shoot out. Over the years the school has been added to, making it more current and up to date.

In 1955 a substitute teacher was hired for the rest of the school year, and during his time here he spent long hours building secret passage ways around the school, with hidden rooms. It took him months to finish and when they were finished he would use them to move around the school unseen and spy the girls and boys that would use the locker rooms and bathrooms.
He would then sneek up on them knocking them out he would then drag them through the hidden hallways and into the secret rooms, he would then wait till they came to and had his way with them, then he would kill them. But one day he got careless, some students and a few teachers had been staying late to finish up some things, when he grabbed two girls knocking them out he dragged them down the hallway into a hidden room. He waited for the two girls t

The Town pub is a nice little family dining establishment, as well as a bar, holding up to 100 patrons. It was one of the first businesses of the town, seeing a lot of traumatic events happen though the years.
The Building its self barely survived a fire after it had been opened for ten years, a few deaths including drunken patrons jumping off the top of the building, shoot outs, and the famous Jamie Hellens murder of 1901.
The pub last had a major overhaul in remodeling in 1979, and since then the paranormal activity had risen. People report that they are touched, either at the bar or even at the one of the dining tables, hanging beer and wine glasses move, and clink together, or come flying off. Once in a while, a faint smell of smoke is reported, and alarms guests in thinking the pub is on fire. And once in a while, transparent figures are seen walking through the pub like nothing ever happened to them, and seem to act like they are apart of the current pub activity. None of the paranormal activity in the Pub had ever been reported as dangerous, it tends to be more residual.

Red Dead Warehouse was originally built in 1920 and it was a Car shop, People would bring their cars here to get fixed it was also a warehouse for car parts, In the year of 1945 a fire started by a few of the employees when they were smoking on their break, It spread quickly and killed several customers as well as employees, nothing was left, In 1946 a new building was constructed on the very spot the old building stood and it too was a warehouse for Car part. However in 1970 it closed down after two little kids fell into oil changing pit and dying and its been left abandoned

You can often hear the screams of the victims of the fire, but at times you can hear the employees talking, and laughing and going about their daily business,

And you can also hear the little children that died laughing and playing, they like to run around you and play pranks.

The locals and out of towners like to come here to throw parties. Its a nice place to come hang out and do Paranormal investigations

The Old Slaughter House was built in 1815 It was the only slaughter house in the town at the time, So all the cattle and pigs chicken ect were sent here The large livestock were rushed off the trailers and sent off to the left were a huge room awaited for them, and were put in the stalls, the smaller livestock were sent off to the right in smaller pens.

The animals were killed for food, and then shipped off to the town and to other towns around the state,

The animals that were old or sick were taken out back and taken into a large meadow and shot,

However there were a few employees that would stay late, they would use animals as sacrifices, there were three wells on the slaughter house One outside and two inside, the blood would then be rinsed down into the wells and sent out into the river, they would draw a pentagram around the well, And kill the animal in the middle of it.

Now there has been alot of activity around these lands, From inside around the well, were the sacrifices were made, as well as the entire building. You can hear the cries of the animals, You can hear the whistles of the employees as they went about their jobs. And you can hear demonic noises as well.

Now there was an accident, when a few employees were taking the old sick animals out to be shot, They put the animals out of their misery but there was an accident the guns went off killing two of the employees and the other two left them there returning to work with out telling anybody. You can often hear the gun shots and see the shadows of the animals and the people moving about. They often can be seen In the slaughter house as well.

Another story goes that the owner of the slaughter house was a millonaire and he buried his stash some were in the old slaughter house, and its said that he still haunts here making sure no one finds his buried treasure.

History: Blue Elipsis Ranch was one of the later built ranches in the area, established in 1862, by a man named Russel Warner. Russel was a big time rich banker out east, that wanted to get into the cattle business, and make more money. He was a man that liked his money, and also his privacy, and had bought this large piece of land about twenty miles away from the town. After he did so, he and his wife and their two young boys moved out there, and he had hired men, and ranch hands to turn the unspoiled piece of land into an incredible state of the art cattle ranch at that time. Cattle Prices at the time were great, which meant more money for the man, and good pay for his workers.
Bad thing was that this took away theland that the neighboring Indian tribes hunted on, which made them all very angry, and joined forces together to bring this ranch down. The Indians came to the ranch at night, and tore down the pasture fences, scattering cattle all over the country side. They killed, and scalped workers in their sleep, stole their horses. Set the barns, and the houses on fire with Russel and his family inside their own home.
The ranch was left for a bout a decade in ruins, till a couple came along and bought the place, and restored it back to it's former glory, and were very successful in keeping it a float, and have been passing the ranch down through the generations since. But this peace has only been kept with the neighboring Indian Tribes under the condition that the first born child of each generation was to marry an Indian from one of the tribes, or else the tribes would destroy the ranch again..

History:
Finally able to move from Texas. Brealynn had actually followed her dream, she was now the proud owner of a ranch she could call her own. From the money she saved up from working her tail end off, to the money from selling her house. Lynn bought the old burned down ranch once known as "heartland". She had dreams for the place, and a name to stick to it, til she discovered the burned sign burred half way in the ground reading "Heartland". Though the H T and was missing, she figured itd be best if she kept the name. Knowing the secrets and rumors of the place being haunted, and once fairly successful. Shes decided to bring the place back to life as a breeding facility" holding great bloodlines of studs.

Paranormal History: A young couple married at the age of 18 had lived in Pinedale their whole lives. They were high school sweethearts, a great match if you asked anyone in the town. Their names were "Jack & Rose". Now Jack was a farmer by blood and knew how to take care of his lady, making her his main priority. After saving up as much as he possibly could, Jack bought land off his uncle, allowing Rose to give it a name and fulfilling her dream. Over the years the place became well known all around and very successful in lessions and training, after a good 10 years, Heartland. hit a dark cloud, Jacks beloved, Rose. Had passed away due to cancer, the man became silent and unsocial. The lady who had given him everything was gone, now only the elder man and two ranch hands remained. Years passed..

In the late 80's. A hay fire was started in the barn. Some people around pinedale will tell you. It was started by a couple of jealous people who had offered Jack a 'good' price for the ranch over the years. Unhappy wit the same answer, they finally just burned the place to the ground. It

Paradise Park is a Large National Park It has several trails that you can go out and enjoy either riding or walking among them. It also has a Nice Big large Play ground, and pinic areas.

There are a few stories that revolve around the park.

One of the stories is Of a young lady, who went out joggin early one morning before she went to work. She was jogging along the trails that ran along the stream, when she ran into a man that was walking her way. She went to say she was sorry but the man grabbed her dragged her into a nearby gully. Where he had his way with her and then killed her. So Its said that if you are running early in the morning or late at night, You can often see a young women Jogging your way or ahead of you, Then she simply vanishes. She also likes to keep joggers company. And you can often hear her screams on the silent nights and mornings.

Another story revolvs around the playground. A young boy was playing in the sand when something caught his eye, So he began to climb up the stairs that led towards the slide. His mother was busy talking on the phone at the time and was not paying attention. The boy reached the slide, and he was looking down the slide when he slipped and fell. He broke his neck as he tumbled down the slide. And its said that he is still at the playground and that he plays with the other little kids and watches over them, You can hear the laughter of a young boy.

These are just a few stories of the park.

Paradise Lake Is about 4 hours outside of the town, It has several trails that take you through the green forests of Oregon, these trails lead to the lake, Its a Nice mountain lake, that has Campsites and pinic areas. The towns residents love to come here not just in the Summer time but in the winter time as well. If the Ice is thick enough it can be some nice ice skating.

However over the course of time, there had been several Accidents here, And a few murders as well.

In 1920 a Family was camping near the lake shore in one of the campsites with their 13 year old daughter Suzie, Suzie had a habit of sleep walking, So one night she left her tent and walked into the lake not even waking up. She drowned, Its said that you can see a young girl in a white night gown coming out of the lake. She wonders around calling for her family. She walks by the tents and you can hear soft crying.

Another event that happened, was two couples were camping in one of the campsites near the lake, so they decided to go and skinny dipping the girls went in first. The men stayed on shore and watched as the girls were having some fun.

But at the same time, a paitent from the city had escaped the Phsytriatric hospital, and had been on the run for some time now, He stumbled on the two couples, the women were out of the lake by now, the excaped madman went into a rage He killed the two women and killed one of the men, How ever the other man was able to evade him long enough he got a few swings in but just as the madman was going to kill him the local sheriff's office arrived and shot the mad man. So late at night you can hear laughing and splashing in the lake and then you can hear running feet and screams, You can also hear what sounds like a maniac laughing, And goes around shaking the tents violently. A few times campers have been violently attacked.

But these stories do not scare away the tourists or the locals.

These Old abondoned Cabins were once homes to the old miners that worked in the old mine not to far from this site,

Now several things happen around and in these cabins, There is alot of Activity, that goes on around here. The Locals refuse to come around this area at night. Only a few dare to brave it. The tourists how ever are not as smart and often swarm to this area to try and get evidence of the paranormal. That goes on.

Paradise Mine was originally discovered In 1800 by a travler and his family, the had found Silver and coal.
5 years later More people started to come, So Town of Paradise was built. How ever in 1810 there was a fire in the mine five men were lost in the fire. In the early 1900's there was an earthquake causing part of the mine to collapse, also leaving a gaping hole in the floor of the mine This time around 12 men were killed, and the Mine was closed permantly and the miner and their families moved on, A few of the locals decide to stay around Paradise while the rest moved on.

The Mine has been Abandoned for several years now. But people like to go and explore it. They have to watch out for the hole in the floor they can only go so far because the rest of the tunnle collapsed.

But if your really quiet when your in the mine you can hear the sounds of men working. You can hear the cries of the men that parished in the fire. And you can hear the men that were burried alive in the Earthquake. But its also said that something darker resides in the Mine as well, that keeps the miners spirits from moving on.
